Who we are

What we collect

We store your email address, the date and time you joined, and the date and policy version associated with your consent. Signup timestamps determine the first 50 people eligible for early access. Visitors cannot see other people's email addresses; only a total signup count is shown.

How we use it

With your consent, we use your email to manage the waitlist and send KLYR Beauty launch and early-access emails. We do not sell your email. Our hosting and storage provider, Lovable Cloud, processes this information to operate the waitlist.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent anytime using an unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us on Instagram. You can also ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or restrict its use. We keep waitlist information while it is needed to manage your signup and consent; when it is no longer needed, we delete it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew consent.

You have the right to complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
